• You grant ReelOn full rights to edit and manipulate the content you upload for purposes including, but not limited to, adding transitions, animations, effects, b-roll, subtitles, background changes, and music.
• You consent to allow ReelOn to use your edited content for promotional purposes, which may include displaying the content on our website, social media, or other advertising platforms.

3. Pricing and Subscription

ReelOn offers both free and paid plans. Details about our pricing structure can be found at ReelOn Pricing Page. We reserve the right to change our pricing plans at any time and will notify you of any such changes.

• 3.1 Free Plan
  • Our free plan allows users to explore the basic features of ReelOn and try the product.
• 3.2 Paid Plans
  • Paid plans offer additional features and editing capabilities. Users of paid plans retain full ownership over their final edited videos.
• 3.3 Subscription Terms
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • Users may cancel their subscriptions at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the remaining duration of the subscription period.
  • Any changes in subscription fees will be communicated to you via email or through the platform, with sufficient notice to allow for cancellation before the new rates take effect.

4. Liability and Warranties

• 4.1 Limitation of Liability
  • ReelOn is not responsible for any inaccuracies or errors in the edited content generated by our AI-powered system.
  • ReelOn is not responsible for delays in the delivery of services or failure to meet specific user requirements.
  • ReelOn is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of ReelOn’s services.
• 4.2 Disclaimers
  • ReelOn makes no warranties or representations regarding the reliability, availability, or accuracy of our services. All services are provided “as-is” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

5. User Data and Privacy

ReelOn takes data security seriously and employs various measures to protect your personal information and uploaded content. Our platform is hosted on a PCI-compliant Virtual Private Cloud on Amazon Web Services (AWS), ensuring secure and scalable infrastructure.

6. Content Ownership and Removal

• 6.1 Ownership of Edited Content
  • Paid users retain full ownership of the final edited videos created on ReelOn. However, ReelOn retains the right to remove any content that violates these Terms, including but not limited to inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted material.
• 6.2 AI-Generated Elements
  • Any AI-generated elements, such as b-roll, animations, or subtitles, are licensed to the user for use in the final video, but ReelOn may retain rights over these elements for promotional purposes.

7. Service Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our services, features, or pricing plans at any time. We will notify users of any major updates or changes via email or through in-platform notifications.

• 7.1 Account Termination
  • ReelOn reserves the right to terminate accounts for misuse, violations of these Terms, or illegal activities. Users will be notified via email if their account is suspended or terminated, with an explanation for the termination.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangalore, Karnataka, India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Bangalore courts.

9. Pre-Launch and Waitlist Terms

For users joining the waitlist during the pre-launch phase:

• Users may receive limited access to the platform and features, with the possibility of feature delays or restricted functionality.
• ReelOn will endeavor to keep users informed about the launch schedule and new feature availability.

ReelOn may update these Terms from time to time. Users will be notified of any changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the services after any changes implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
